These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all quotations, orders, and sales by Classic Mouldings Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order verbally, in writing, or by email, the Customer ("you", "your") agrees to these Terms.

1. Quotations and Pricing
   • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
   • Prices are based on current material and production costs and may change if product specifications or quantities are revised.
   • Any verbal estimates must be confirmed through written or verbal approval before production begins.
   • Classic Mouldings Inc. reserves the right to correct typographical or clerical errors in quotations or invoices.
2. Order Confirmation
   • Orders are considered confirmed once a purchase order, email, phone call, or in-person verbal confirmation is received.
   • Custom or non-stock orders require a minimum 50% deposit before production begins.
   • The remaining balance is due prior to or upon pickup or delivery, unless account terms have been approved in writing.
   • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or production has started.
   • Any change or cancellation after confirmation may result in additional charges depending on the production stage.
3. Production and Lead Time
   • Estimated lead times are provided as guidance and may vary based on material availability, production workload, or special order requirements.
   • While we make every effort to meet deadlines, Classic Mouldings Inc. is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transportation, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Pickup and Storage
   • Customers will be notified once orders are ready for pickup.
   • Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days of notification.
   • A storage fee of $10 per day or 2% of order value per week (whichever is higher) will apply for uncollected orders after 7 days.
   • Orders left uncollected for 30 days may be deemed abandoned, and Classic Mouldings Inc. reserves the right to resell or dispose of the goods without refund.
5. Delivery and Packaging
   • Delivery service is available upon request and may be subject to additional fees for protective packaging and supplementary packing services.
   • Delivery times are estimates only. Classic Mouldings Inc. is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once goods have left our facility.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible and safe for unloading.
6. Inspection and Acceptance
   • All products are inspected prior to release.
   • Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any shortages, damages, or defects within 48 hours.
   • Natural variations in colour, texture, and grain are inherent to wood products and are not considered defects.
7. Returns and Refunds
   • Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
   • Standard stock items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
   • All returns require prior authorization from Classic Mouldings Inc.
8. Payments
   • Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, EFT, cheque, or credit card (processing fees may apply).
   • Unless prior account terms have been approved, payment is required in full upon pickup or before delivery.
   • Customers with approved terms must pay within the agreed period.
   • Late payments are subject to 2% monthly interest (24% annually).
   • Classic Mouldings Inc. may suspend future orders or deliveries if accounts remain unpaid.
9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
   • Classic Mouldings Inc. warrants that all products conform to standard industry quality at the time of sale.
   • This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, installation, handling, or modification after pickup or delivery.
   • Our liability is limited, at our option, to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the affected product.
   • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit or project delays.
10. Intellectual Property
    • All website content, product drawings, and images are the property of Classic Mouldings Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
11. Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
    • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
